Karen is the “Director of First Impressions” at the Rockafellow Law Firm. Serving as the administrative assistant and receptionist, Karen is the voice that greets you and directs you to the right place. Automated phone systems have no place in a law office.
Karen schedules and calendars all deadlines, distributes the mail, and makes sure every caller is treated with patience, courtesy and respect.
Karen worked for us in the same position from 1982-1984. She brought with her a vast skill set including certified property appraiser, bank teller, bookkeeper, customer service representative and jewelry salesperson. She left in 1984 to work for the Public Works Department for Pima County where she became Supervisor.
Karen was asked to come out of retirement, and return to Rockafellow Law Firm. She said “yes” and we are thrilled to have her back. Karen has two sons, two daughters in law, and four grandchildren. She also has two turtles and a very spoiled eight-month old kitten. She recently fulfilled a lifelong dream and completed a sky dive. (It’s OK to call her “jumper.”)
